I have a stiff body—can I Do Yoga?
Flexibility is not eligibility of Yoga. Yes! You are right for yoga. Yoga practice will help you become flexible physically & mentally both.
Do I have to practice empty stomach?
Yes, if you are practicing early in the morning after clearing your bowl. There should be 2-3 hours gap after your meals. 30 minutes gap after juice or liquids.
Should I do Yoga in during menstrual cycle?
Yes, you should practice restorative poses during periods. Avoid Inversions, deep twists and advance poses.
What should I wear in Yoga class?
You should wear light, loose fitting clothing. Cotton & linen would be good. You can have t shirt, shorts & yoga legging. It’s good to bring hand towel in class.
